• From your first contact, we'll gather all the necessary information to ensure that our complimentary in-store or in-home consultation will be productive and satisfactory for you.


• You'll always receive confirmation of your appointments with us.


• If you scheduled an in-store consultation, we'll be ready to walk you through your home experience and provide inspiration each step of the way. If you uploaded photo(s) of your home, we'll walk you through the transformation of your home with new windows and doors.


• We'll arrive for our appointment on time and fully prepared to design a home remodel solution that will inspire you.


• We will always respect your home, will use drop cloths and cover our feet.


• You'll have a proposal and a design solution in your hands within 48 hours of our appointment — sooner for in-store consultations.


• We'll take every step possible to ensure that your installation process is smooth and successful.


• We'll confirm your scheduled installation date and time and will arrive promptly.


• We guarantee our workmanship and upon the completion of your project, we'll walk you through the installation, plus review the operation and maintenance requirements for your windows and doors.


• We'll always be available to you and will stay in contact should you have further questions or would like additional remodeling designs and solutions.
